Welcome to VIBBES. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before placing any order.
Your Account Details
a. When you make a purchase on our website, you are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details including your name,
phone number, address, and email ID.
b. Please ensure that your information is correct, as VIBBES will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
c. If your details change after placing an order, please contact us immediately at
info@vibbes.in.
Orders and Payment
a. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing your order details.
b. We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and select online payment options where applicable.
c. Prices are final and inclusive of applicable taxes. VIBBES reserves the right to update product prices without prior notice.
d. Custom and personalized products (such as name calligraphy or Nikah gifts) cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins.
Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. In the rare case an item is out of stock or unavailable after you’ve placed your order,
we will notify you and either offer a replacement or full refund (if pre-paid).
Delivery
a. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 working days and delivered within 5–10 working days, depending on your location.
b. Delivery times may vary based on courier service availability and unforeseen circumstances.
c. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
a. We take utmost care in packing and shipping our products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product,
please contact us within 3 days of delivery with an image of the product and packaging.
b. Replacements or refunds are provided only for valid cases of damage, defect, or wrong item received.
c. Personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during transit.
Liability
a. VIBBES shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product use or delivery delays.
b. Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, will be limited to the amount paid for the product.
Force Majeure
VIBBES shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control,
including natural disasters, lockdowns, transport strikes, or technical failures.

Governing Law
All transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in
